Product Description

The Velp D20-S20F-P-R20M is an advanced dispersion tool engineered for diverse sample preparation needs across various industries. It is particularly effective in the preparation of foamy mixtures like ice cream and butter, coating tablets, creating pharmaceutical ointments and creams, and manufacturing cosmetic products such as lip balm and soap. This tool is also indispensable for preparing pigments, inks, paints, biodiesel, and dispersing petroleum derivatives.

Technical specifications include a rotor diameter of 15 mm and a stator diameter of 20 mm, with a rotor-stator gap of 0.5 mm. It supports volumes ranging from 50 to 2,000 ml, with an immersion depth between 40 and 175 mm, and can reach a maximum speed of 25,000 rpm. The maximum circumferential speed stands at 19.6 m/s, while the ultimate fineness achieved for emulsions is 1-7 µm and 5-40 µm for suspensions. It can tolerate a working temperature of up to 180 °C. Constructed with materials like AISI 316L and PTFE, it is suitable for use with solvents. Its components can be sterilized and cleaned according to the materials and sample being processed.
