The Cole-Parmer Masterflex L/S 7528-30 digital peristaltic pump features an Easy-Load II 2-channel pump head (P/N 77202-60) providing a flow rate range of 0.0012 to 1000 mL/min per channel. The pump drive supports a maximum flow rate of 580 mL/min, controlled via a graphical interface with four programmable operating modes:
- Continuous run
- Timed dispense
- Volume dispense
- Copy dispense
Additional functionalities include:
- Dispense interval delay and on/off cycles
- Anti-drip feature for precise dispensing
- Three-digit LED display for motor RPM confirmation
- Reversible motor allowing pumping in both directions and tubing purge
- LED motor direction indicators
- Capability to stack 2 or 4 pump heads for increased flow or multichannel use
- Separate speed and power (on/off) controls to maintain speed settings
- Stackable, splash-resistant ABS housing with IP33 rating
- Remote control via rear DB9 female connector supporting:
- Speed control input (4–20 mA or 0–10 VDC)
- Pump direction control (CW/CCW) via open collector or contact closure
- Start/stop operation via open collector or contact closure
- Membrane keypad for intuitive front panel control
