Thermal cycler gradient Eppendorf 5331 Mastercycler Gradient. Block universal for 96 tubes of 0.2 mL or 77 tubes of 0.5 mL. Control of the temperature of the block of 4 to 99°C. Temperature-control speeds: Heating rate: approx. 3°C/s; cooling rate: approx. 2°C/s, measured on the block.Temperature Accuracy: ± 0.2°C. Storage of 100 programs. RS232 output. Includes manual.
The Eppendorf 5331 Gradient MasterCycler is ideal for quantitative PCR applications and offers extremely fast temperature rise, a 1° to 20°C gradient function, short detection times and intuitive programming. The gradient block can hold 0.2 mL (capacity of 96) and 0.5 mL (capacity of 77) tubes or a microtiter plate (capacity of one), without the need to change blocks.
