It powers on, and a basic program was run to test the lid and the sample tray heater, which is working. It has not been tested further.

This Panasonic Electric Laboratory Oven Model - MOV-112-PE was removed from a university lab wh (more)ere it was surplus to requirements. The item powers on, it was already set to 160˚c and it went up in temperature quickly. We were unable to change the setting so we let it run. The temperature reached 156˚c after around 10-15 minutes with the thermometer reading 150˚C. It reached 250˚C within an hour. It has the usual smells you would expect from this type of oven.
