LAUDA Microcool MC 600 Chiller

The LAUDA Microcool series offers dependable circulation chillers designed for continuous operation in laboratory and research settings, with temperature regulation from -10 to 40°C. This series includes four compact models featuring a large LED display and membrane keyboard, providing cooling capacities ranging from 0.25 to 1.2 kW. A standout feature of these units is the high-quality centrifugal pump with a magnetic coupling—a unique attribute in this model's price category. This magnetic coupling effectively prevents sealing issues on the pump shaft.

The MC 250 and MC 350 models are compact enough to fit on a laboratory bench, while the larger MC 600 and MC 1200 models, offering cooling capacities of 600 and 1200 watts respectively, can be placed on the floor or under a bench for space optimization. A water-cooled version of the MC 1200 W, the most robust model, is also available.

Notable featuresinclude an auto start timer and auto power-off function, a top filling opening, and a drain connection at the back. Cooling capacity is adapted via solenoid valve control with automatic compressor functionality.

Applicationsspan various uses such as rotary evaporators, spectrometers, and cooling traps, extending to digital printing, laser cutting, spot welding, injection molding, and more. The chiller's accessories comprise nozzles for pump connections and a screw cap.

The user-friendly control panel includes simple three-button navigation, with display and LED indicators for heat transfer liquid requirement, active cooling unit, and device errors. Connection interfaces at the back include RS232, a drain screw, and an external alarm output. The front of the unit features a liquid level indicator, cover for filling, and readily removable panels for swift filter maintenance.
