The LAUDA Microcool range offers a reliable solution for continuous application in laboratory and research environments, maintaining operational efficiency within temperatures ranging from -10 to 40°C. Comprising four versatile, compact models complete with clear LED displays and intuitive membrane keyboards, the product line spans cooling capacities from 0.25 through to 1.2 kW. Distinguished by their high-quality, magnetic-coupled centrifugal pump - a unique feature in this price point - these units do away with any sealing issues on the pump shaft.

The MC 250 and MC 350 models can be conveniently accommodated on a laboratory benchtop, while larger variants with cooling capacities of 600 and 1200 watts can be strategically installed beneath benchtops to maximize laboratory space. The top-of-the-range MC 1200 W also comes in a water-cooled variant.

The cooling capacity of the Microcool MC 350 model, as recorded with ethanol, is as follows:

Each unit is supplied with pump connection nozzles and a screw cap. The LAUDA Microcool Chiller is operated via a straightforward three-button control panel, complete with a display and tri-LED indicators for heat transfer liquid level, cooling unit activity, and device error.

Connections at the rear of the Microcool include: RS232 interface, drainage screw, and external alarm output. Additional connections incorporate an inlet/outlet pump connection and an overflow connection. The unit is also equipped with a comprehensive liquid level indicator, an easily accessible filling cover and a removable front panel for swift filter maintenance.
