Vacuum Pump System Laboport SR 840 G by KNF

The KNF Laboport SR 840 G is a chemical-resistant vacuum pump system featuring the N 840 G diaphragm vacuum pump. It includes a base plate and two separator bottles on the suction and pressure sides. With exceptional compatibility with steam and condensate, this system is designed to handle extremely aggressive or corrosive gases and vapors.

Technical features include a maximum flow rate of 20 l/min, a final vacuum of 6 mbar (abs.), and a maximum pressure of 0.1 bar (rel.). It also boasts a flow rate of 2.04 m³/h at atmospheric pressure and operates efficiently with fluid temperatures ranging from 5°C to 40°C. The materials include FFPM for the valve, PTFE coating for the diaphragm, and TFM™ PTFE for the pump head.

Applications include filtration, degassing, vacuum oven processes, and centrifugal concentration. The system is modular and expandable, featuring an integrated gas ballast valve and rotation speed control, all while being compact, silent, and reliable. With its 100% oil-free transfer, this vacuum pump offers pure transfer, evacuation, and compression of gases.
