Vacuum Pump System KNF Laboport SC 840 G

The KNF Laboport SC 840 G is a chemical-resistant vacuum pump featuring an N 840 G diaphragm vacuum pump, supported by a sturdy base, and equipped with a separator on the suction side along with a high-performance condenser on the pressure side. A WiFi device facilitates remote vacuum control. Designed for high steam and condensate compatibility, this system is ideally suited for managing extremely aggressive or corrosive gases and vapors.

Technical features include a maximum flow rate of 34 l/min, with a final vacuum reaching up to 6 mbar (abs), and a maximum pressure of 0.1 bar (rel.). It supports a flow rate of 2.04 m³/h at atmospheric pressure and operates within permissible fluid temperatures of 5 to 40°C. The vacuum pump is constructed with long-lasting materials including FFPM for valves, PTFE coating for the diaphragm, and TFM™ PTFE for the pump head.

The KNF Laboport SC 840 G serves various applications like vacuum ovens, distillation, rotary evaporation, and multi-user vacuum systems. It is designed to automatically recognize and monitor boiling points via an integrated ramp function, ensuring high solvent recovery rates even with low boiling point liquids. The WiFi control device offers secure operation outside of closed fume hoods.

This modular and expandable vacuum system ensures 100% oil-free transfer, evacuation, and compression of gases. Its high vapor and condensate compatibility make it perfect for aggressive or corrosive gases and vapors. Equipped with an integrated gas ballast valve, it features a 3-color status display indicating operational status, a rotating speed control, and environmental friendliness. It can start against the ultimate vacuum of the pump.
