Experience enhanced resistance against chemical and corrosive liquids with the Laboport N 820 G KNF Diaphragm Vacuum Pump. Designed to be compact and free of oil, this pump boasts a manually adjustable capacity — allowing modification with the turn of a knob.

Featuring gas ballast, the Laboport is accompanied by PTFE/TFM heads, PTFE lined diaphragms, and FFPM valves. Its versatility makes it apt for numerous laboratory applications, particularly those involving highly aggressive or corrosive gases and vapours.

Key specifications include:

- Maximum flow rate of 34 l/min

- Maximum final vacuum of 6 mbar (abs.)

- Speed control that is adjustable

It strictly abides by ATEX compliance for internal atmospheres (Ex. II 2/-G IIB+H2 T3) and is ideally suited for environments with highly aggressive or corrosive gases and vapours. The pump's operation is impeccably clean, oil-free, and reliable.

Key technical features:

- Maximum flow rate of 20 l/min

- Maximum final vacuum of 6 mbar (abs.)

- Maximum pressure of 0.1 bar (rel.)

- Accommodates fluid temperatures from 5 to 40°C

- FFPM-type valve material

- Diaphragm material coated with PTFE

- PTFE pump head material

Applications include:

- Centrifugal concentration

- Degassing

- Drying

- Distillation

- Gel drying

- Rotary evaporation

- Solid phase extraction

Its qualitative characteristics extend to adjustable speed control, ATEX compliance (Ex. II 2/-G IIB+H2 T3), PTFE/FFPM resistant flow path, oil-free operation, and compact, quiet reliability.

VACUUBRAND ME 8C NT Chemistry Diaphragm Pump Ultimate Vacuum 70 mbar Max. pumping speed at 60 Hz 4 (more).6 cfm Number of Heads/Stages 4/1 Features - Outstanding chemical resistance and superior vapor tolerance - Exceptionally high performance even at low vacuum - Compact design - Whisper quiet and very low vibration - Long diaphragm life, maintenance-free drive system Chemistry-design diaphragm pumps are an excellent solution for continuous, oil-free pumping of corrosive gases and vapors. The one-stage construction provides the advantageous combination of high pumping speed and low ultimate vacuum down to 70 mbar. All major parts in contact with pumped media are made of chemically resistant fluoroplastics. Well-proven PTFE sandwich diaphragms for increased reliability and extended operating life. These large pumps have an exceptionally high pumping speed. The NT-series features further improved performance data and superior vapor tolerance. Large one-stage chemistry-design diaphragm pumps are an excellent choice for pumping large amounts of gases and vapors. They do not consume water and therefore do not produce any contaminated waste water. Typical applications are degassing of liquids, multiport filtrations e. g. on vacuum networks and in general evaporation of low boiling solvents. We recommend these pumps especially for processes with large gas flow at high process pressures.INCLUDED: The VACUUBRAND ME 8C NT Chemistry Diaphragm Pump includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
