The Motic Panthera C2 W/ FLED is a modular upright fluorescence microscope designed with a Color Corrected Infinity Optical System (CCIS®). It offers high flexibility via interchangeable single wavelength fluorescence modules (FITC, TRITC, Auramine O), supporting diverse fluorescence applications.
- Observation tube: Binocular or trinocular Siedentopf type, 25° inclined, 360° swiveling
- Optical system: CCIS® including CCIS® UC Plan Achromatic Pb-free objectives (4X/0.10 to 100X/1.25 Oil) mounted on a reversed quintuple coded nosepiece
- Stage: Compact mechanical stage with rackless coaxial low position controls, 185x145mm size, 75x50mm travel in X & Y
- Condensers: Focusable and centerable Abbe condenser N.A. 0.90/1.25 with contrast slider slot and iris diaphragm
- Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focus with tension adjustment; 2µm fine focus precision, 25mm stroke, adjustable upper limit stop
- Illumination: Koehler LED (3W) combined with Quartz halogen (6V/30W), interchangeable halogen/LED and selectable color temperature, Motic LightTracer with light memory and sleep mode

Fluorescence filter cube options (with LED modules and accessories):

Each filter cube includes a condenser slider to block light, rubber eye guards, and a UL universal power supply (external supply required for Model C).
This microscope system supports both basic and advanced fluorescence microscopy with modular adaptation to user-specific requirements and digital workflow integration (optional touchscreen and wireless operation).
