Product Description
The Labomed CxL microscope is designed for both classroom and laboratory use, featuring a durable aluminum die-cast stand with ergonomic handrests for stability and comfort. It incorporates:
- Objectives: LP series DIN Semi-Plan Achromatic objectives at 4x, 10x, 40x (spring-loaded), and 100x (spring-loaded, oil immersion), all with antifungal coating.
- Nosepiece: Quadruple ball bearing turret with rubber grip for secure and smooth objective changes.
- Viewing Body: 45° inclined binocular head with 360° captive rotation, interpupillary distance adjustable from 54 to 74 mm.
- Eyepieces: Widefield 10x/18mm focusable eyepieces with foldable, lockable eye guards and antifungal coatings.
- Condenser: Substage Abbe condenser NA 1.25 featuring an aspheric lens, iris diaphragm with snap-in blue filter, and rack & pinion control on metal guides.
- Mechanical Stage: Rectangular stage measuring 135 x 124 mm with X/Y travel range of 76 mm x 50 mm, equipped with low-drive movement controls and a single specimen holder.
- Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focusing via ball drive system for smooth, precise control. Brass rack and pinion stage drive with fine adjustment movement of 0.3 mm per rotation.
- Illumination: Choice of LED or Halogen 6V-20W light source with variable illumination control. LED life expectancy up to 100,000 hours; halogen lamp life approximately 2,000 hours.
- Electronics: Universal input voltage 100V-240V AC at 50/60Hz with built-in voltage stabilizer.
Optional Accessories include pointers and micrometer reticules, phase contrast, polarizing and dark field kits, auxiliary objectives and eyepieces, cord hanger kit, digital cameras and adapters, and a soft carrying case.
This microscope is particularly suited for KOH preparations in dermatology laboratories, combining high optical performance, durability, and user comfort with eco-friendly, lead-free components.
