Excellent thermoregulation with Pt100 and VTF The AM4 Digital PRO package includes the Pt100 external probe, for thermoregulation up to 250°C, with an accuracy of ± 1.0°C. AM4 Digital PRO can be connected to VTF ensuring perfect thermoregulation up to 300°C, with an exceptional accuracy of ± 0.5°C. The exclusive CerAlTop ™, made of ceramic coated aluminum alloy, guarantees exceptional temperature homogeneity and excellent resistance and heat transmission. Maximum protection and comfort The AM4 Digital PRO hotplate stirrer guarantees a higher level of safety and protection for the user. The control panel is easily accessible, is positioned at a safe distance from heat sources and is protected from any damage caused by liquid leaks thanks to a special drain groove. AM4 Digital PRO can be programmed with a maximum safety temperature, useful for some particular applications that require not to exceed certain temperatures, and avoid accidental overheating. In addition, a 'Hot Plate Warning' is activated and remains displayed even when the instrument is turned off, until the temperature of the plate has cooled below 50°C. The die-cast structure is designed so that accidental spills of liquid cannot reach the internal parts of the hot plate agitator.

RESISTANCE, SAFETY AND PERFORMANCE The plate of the AREX 5 Velp model is IP42 certified and is made of aluminum alloy coated with a ceramic layer, which guarantees protection from scratches and chemical agents, making it very resistant and easy to clean. It is therefore preferred in laboratories where acids, bases and solvents are used. Safety circuits and overtemperature protection guarantee complete protection for the operators. Two light indicators inform the user when the heating function is active. Even when the instrument is switched off, an indicator light remains on until the plate temperature drops below 50°C. The plate structure and the insulating disc protect the internal parts and ensure high resistance to the most demanding laboratory environments and applications, for example when working with cold fluids (below 0°C). AREX 5 is designed to last over time and like most Velp products it is guaranteed for 3 years.
