The AREC.X 7 can be connected to the external Pt100 probe or to the VTF for precise thermoregulation of the fluid. The probe guarantees thermoregulation up to 250°C, with an accuracy of ± 1.0°C, while the VTF guarantees excellent thermoregulation performance up to 300°C and an accuracy of ± 0.5°C. The VTF is equipped with a timer, for unsupervised operation and increased productivity. Powerful stirring for your lab reactions You can rely on the AREC.X 7 for demanding laboratory reactions, as it agitates volumes up to 15 liters (H2O), from 50 up to 1500 rpm, thanks to the powerful motor and magnetic coupling. The electronic control adapts the stirring speed to any variation in the viscosity of the medium. Absolute safety and ease of use for laboratory operators The AREC.X 7 hotplate stirrer guarantees a superior level of safety and protection for laboratory operators, since it is entirely made of technopolymer and is equipped with an extremely resistant ceramic plate, ideal for high resistance to acids, bases and solvents. When the platen temperature is above 50°C and the heating function is not active, a safety message is displayed. The control panel is positioned at a safe distance from heat sources and the technopolymer structure is carefully designed so that accidental spills of liquids cannot reach the electronics. The extremely durable ceramic soleplate is easy to clean and resistant to acids, bases and solvents. Using a damp cloth, all residues will be easily removed. Save time with the new control panel Thanks to the digital display, extremely bright and easy to read, it is possible to constantly monitor the temperature. Two new comfortable knobs: the left one for the temperature (up to 550°C), the right one for the stirring speed (up to 1500 rpm). RESISTANCE, SAFETY AND PERFORMANCE The plate of the AREX 5 Digital Velp model is IP42 certified and is made of aluminum alloy coated with a ceramic layer, which guarantees protection from scratches and chemical agents, making it very resistant and easy to clean. It is therefore preferred in laboratories where acids, bases and solvents are used. Safety circuits and overtemperature protection guarantee complete protection for the operators. Two light indicators inform the user when the heating function is active. Even when the instrument is switched off, a safety message ('HOT') remains on the display until the plate temperature drops below 50°C. A further alarm will detect the presence of the probe. THERMOREGULATION When a temperature probe is connected, it is possible to choose 2 different thermoregulation modes to satisfy all laboratory needs: - FAST: the set temperature is reached quickly - FINE: the set temperature is reached more slowly, minimizing the overshoot SHAKING AREX 5 is equipped with a powerful brushless motor for daily applications, being able to agitate up to 20 liters (H2O). It is also equipped with SpeedServo™ technology, which allows the speed to be kept constant even when the viscosity of the sample varies. The combination of the powerful brushless motor and the strong magnetic coupling ensure homogeneous stirring, even in the peripheral areas of the plate, guaranteeing a constant speed in all positions. The “SD” series is widely used in laboratories, especially when the vapors are humid and a clean and ecological vacuum is required. Typical applications are: vacuum ovens (for drying chemicals, drying biological samples, heat treatments), autoclaves for sterilizing instruments, containers, filters and textiles. Thanks to the use of anti-corrosion materials, it is possible to vacuum even corrosive products. The heart of the pump is the diaphragm with differentiated structure in PTFE, optimized to guarantee high performance with reduced dimensions and at the same time, long life even in heavy applications. When the humid gases are sucked in, it can happen that condensation forms in the pump head: consequently the performance decreases, considerably increasing the emptying time. To eliminate condensation, the 'drying system' then opens a solenoid valve that allows ambient air to enter the heads. Once the condensation has been eliminated, the solenoid valve closes and the pump sucks from the stove in full capacity. Over time, condensation could form again and then the cycle is repeated. The time interval between one cycle and the next can be adjusted as desired, as well as the duration of the air injection.
