Description by the supplier

Package Inclusions: The set contains a pt100 probe (code A00000268), a rod (code A00001069), and a clamp (code A00000280) along with a magnetic stir bar of dimensions Ø8x40 mm (code A00000356).

AREC 7 CONNECT MAGNETIC STIRRER: This unit is armed with the globally appreciated heating plate technology developed by VELP. It ensures consistent temperature homogeneity, effective thermal efficiency and offers persistent heating performance.

Precision Thermoregulation: The external Pt100 probe that can be connected with the unit provides meticulous thermoregulation of the fluid, making the AREC 7 Connect optimal for temperature-sensitive industries like Chemistry, Biotechnology, and Pharmaceuticals. The probe facilitates stable and precise thermoregulation up to 300°C with exceptional accuracy of ± 0.5°C.

Dynamic Stirring Capabilities: The powerful magnetic coupling provides stirring capabilities for up to 20 liters (H2O), with the speed ranging from 30 to 1700 rpm (aqueous solutions), making it an ideal fit for a myriad of applications across chemical, pharmaceutical, and microbiological domains. The advanced SpeedServo ™ technology by VELP ensures consistent speed irrespective of the viscosity changes.

Lab Operator Safety: With its technopolymer construct and a robust ceramic plate, the AREC 7 Connect hotplate stirrer guarantees outstanding safety for lab operators. It offers significant resistance to acids, bases, and solvents. Moreover, a safety message initiates when the platen temperature exceeds 50°C and the heating feature is inactive. The control panel is positioned safely away from heat-generating sources, ensuring that any accidental liquid spillage does not affect the electronic components.

Efficient Control Panel: The dual digital display enables easy monitoring of the temperature and stirring speed. It also comes with ergonomic knobs to adjust temperature (up to 550°C) and stirring speed (up to 1700 rpm). The low-profile design aids in comfortable placement on the bench or within laboratory hoods.

Optimized Lab Efficiency: The AREC Connect comes loaded with intelligent features for enhanced lab efficiency. These include an integrated timer, autorverse stirring direction for superior mixing, and programmable intermittent mode operation. Auditory signals for timers and alarms along with a safety lock function further improve the work conditions.

VELP ERMES Cloud Connectivity: The AREC Connect comes with an inbuilt WiFi technology that seamlessly links with the VELP Ermes Cloud Platform. The platform allows real-time monitoring and control of your AREC Connect while facilitating data protection, notifications, and even data recording. It simplifies the process of connecting your AREC, optimized with the dedicated Ermes guide.

Customer Support: Exceptional support awaits you from authorized VELP service centres.

AREC 10 Digital was designed for laboratory applications where a comfortable and large work surface  (more)is required, which here reaches 26x26 cm in size, the largest among the Velp series. The plate offers high resistance to acids, bases and solvents, while the technopolymer structure of the stirrer is designed to prevent accidental spills of liquids from reaching the electronic components, ensuring easy and quick cleaning. This translates into product safety and durability even in the most demanding laboratories; further protected by a 3-year warranty (subject to online registration). The heating uses the latest technologies available and ensures a uniform temperature across the entire plate and exceptional transfer efficiency. Same quality for agitation: SpeedServo™ technology and brushless motor offer precise and powerful agitation even when viscosity varies. In short, why we offer you AREC 10 Digital: - Easy to use and highly resistant to chemicals - Precise setting of temperature and agitation - Accepts volumes up to 25 liters / 30 kg - Possibility of precise thermoregulation of the fluid with Pt100/Pt1000 and VTF probes - Designed for durability and guaranteed for 3 years The powerful brushless motor of the AREC 10 Digital ensures stable and reliable stirring. The patented SpeedServo™ technology ensures constant speed even with variations in fluid viscosity. The always precise stirring speed, from chemical reactions to sample preparation, adjustable from 100 to 1500 rpm, it is ideal for any laboratory need. With a stirring capacity of up to 25 liters (H2O) (or 30 kg of liquid), the AREC 10 Digital stands out for its robustness and superior performance. Arec 10 reaches the remarkable temperature of +550°C in complete safety and control. Extremely precise, you can increase the temperature by +1.0°C. By connecting the external PT100 or PT1000 sensors you can directly thermoregulate the sample up to 350°C with an accuracy of ±1.0°C. Using VTF Digital instead you can control the temperature with a precision of ±0.5°C (up to a maximum of 300°C). In this regard, Arec 10 is available with different accessory packages. You will find all the combinations at the bottom. Perfectly visible messages additionally supported by bargraph. The top part of the operation panel features a bar graph consisting of 9 red and green diode fields. The bar graph is a graphic visualisation informing the user on a current net weight of a product presented with reference to the scale range or declared min and max thresholds. The bracket allows the terminal to be placed on any flat horizontal surface or screwed to the wall with adjustable angle. The power of steel The use of stainless steel guarantees you a long life for the scale. It is not afraid of contact with moist objects or accidental splashes. The construction of the scale is made of powder-coated steel with a stainless steel weighing pan. This guarantees you work for many years, and what’s more, powder-coated steel is more environmentally friendly than traditional painting methods. Not just weighing But also parts counting, dosing, percent weighing and formulations. The power of HX7’s working mods. Do you need ALIBI? There you have it. ALIBI memory is like a black box of a scale. It records all measurements taken on the device. The ALIBI memory cannot be modified or erased. Referring to stored weighings you can generate weighing reports, formulation reports and reports on performed control processes. Single weighing is stored in the ALIBI memory as long as it is specified by a Weighing Storage Period (days) parameter.
