This is the first receipt printer of RADWAG production. We offer two models which differ in terms of (more) communication interfaces: RTP-RU80 – RS 232* and USB, RTP-UEW80 – USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The printers communicate with all RADWAG laboratory balances and industry scales. Their connection and configuration is intuitively easy and takes barely few moments (Plug and Play). Communication via Wi-Fi enables remote printing. The printers are equipped with a paper cutter ensuring operation ergonomics. Ergonomic Mechanical Design The latest AS R1 PLUS analytical balance features spacious weighing chamber, and the open-door clearance facilitates easy access to the weighing pan. With this it is possible to use laboratory glassware of various sizes. New aluminium base is a guarantee for weighing system stability. Dual-CLICK system allows tool-free assembly and disassembly of the weighing chamber, and a special design of guides for weighing chamber panes (no rims) makes keeping the device clean convenient. Innovative construction solutions increase balance durability and reliability in long-term operation. Levelling System Standard AS R1 PLUS balances are equipped with a levelling device located at the front of the weighing chamber, which facilitates level control. Levelling operation is now simplified and easier due to the reduced quantity of adjustable supporting points (2 points). Intuitive Operation Balances are equipped with LCD display ensuring clear presentation of the weighing result. Direct access to functions and databases is possible via the following keys: Database – direct access to databases, Function – direct access to basic functions, F1-F4 – programmable function keys and menu navigation keys. AS R1 PLUS analytical balances signal operated working mode, computer connection, battery status, weighing and service functions via pictograms. The quantity of displayed weighing units is also expanded. Dedicated status bar enables display of additional messages, e.g. product name, tare value. Real-time mass measurement is presented using bar graph. ALIBI Memory Data safety is ensured by the ALIBI memory integrated into AS R1 PLUS balances, which enables record of up to 100 000 weighings. ALIBI guarantees continuity of data collection over a long period of time. Data Protection Access to valuable information is possible after logging. The administrator manages the data access configuration. Databases The information system is based on 5 databases, which allows several users to work with several product databases, and the registered weighing results can be subject to further analysis. The data is registered in 5 databases: operators (up to 10 users), products (up to 1000 products), weighings (up to 5000 weighings), tares (up to 100 tares), ALIBI memory (up to 100 000 weighings). Communication Interfaces The functionality of AS R1 PLUS balances can be expanded using the following communication interfaces: USB-A, USB-B, RS 232, Ethernet, Wi-Fi (option). The additional USB port located at the front of the balance enables easy and fast communication with the USB flash drive, it is possible to connect additional devices via this port too. AS PLUS balances are equipped with Kensington Lock, which allows to secure the device against theft.

In accordance with GLP and GMP, the LevelSENSING system simplifies the adjustment, ensures an ongoing control of the level and informs about deviations. Internal Adjustment Modernized internal adjustment system guarantees accurate indications in extremely unfavourable conditions. SMARTLab AS X7 balances are equipped with a SMARTLab system of an extensive functionality. It ensures support and supervision over the mass measurement process and reduces hazard of error caused by so called „human factor”. Automatic adjustment Regardless of external ambient conditions, the automatic internal adjustment system guarantees 100% efficiency in eliminating balance sensitivity deviations. Sensors Touch-free operation and programmable sensors facilitate daily work and reduce the range of actions performed during the weighing procedure. Alibi memory Data safety is assured with the ALIBI memory, which is integrated into AS X7 balances. The memory enables record of up to 500 000 weighings and guarantees continuity of data collection over a long period of time. Wi-Fi Remote control of the balance via devices, operation of which is based on Android, IPhone, Windows10 systems. Data control Accessing information in the balance depends on the user's permission level. The administrator can manage three different permission levels. Automatic Weighing Records Reports on processes and partial weighings can be generated and sent for archiving via the USB to external devices. Ambient Conditions Monitoring Communication with RADWAG thermo-hygro-barometer allows monitoring of ambient conditions such as temperature and atmospheric humidity. Databases Information system of the AS X7 balances is based on 7 databases that enable operation of many users with numerous products, all the stored data can be subjected to analysis. Weighing data is recorded in 7 databases: • Operators (max 100 entries), • Products (max 5 000 entries), • Weighings (max 50 000 entries), • Packaging (max 100 entries) • Formulations (max 100 entries), • Customers (max 1000 entries), • ALIBI memory (max 512 000 weighings). Additionally it is possible to create formulation reports (max 500 reports). The automatic feeder is dedicated for automatic dispensing of small objects onto the weighing pan of (more) RADWAG-manufactured balance to which it is connected. The feeder ensures regular feeding of the elements in accordance with determined time intervals. Operation and Compatibility The PA-04/H feeder cooperates with XA 4Y and AS 3Y analytical balances and PS 3Y precision balances. Both the feeder and the balance are automated devices. The balance carries out analysis of dosed elements and sends signal to the feeder to dispense subsequent element. The feeder features diodes, signalling its operation, and keypad allowing to control the process. Automatic feeder is equipped with function of automatic emptying of the storage bin. Vibrating Feeder Cylindrical vibrating feeder with storage bin enables safe and precise dosing of elements. The storage bin has a conical and stepped shape and is continuously welded. The stainless steel surface of adequate roughness reduces elements grating during dosing process. Variety of Applications The feeder is appropriate for dosing pills of diameter ranging from 3 to 25 mm, round and oblong, as well as details of similar shapes and dimensions Design The device is equipped with powder-coated steel housing and stainless steel cover.
