VACUUBRAND MD 1 Diaphragm Pump Ultimate Vacuum 1.5 mbar (1.1 Torr) Maximum Pumping Speed 0.82 CFM a (more)t 60Hz Number of Heads/Stages 4/3 Features - Contamination-free pumping and evacuation - High flow rate even near ultimate vacuum - Excellent ultimate vacuum - Whisper quiet and ultra-low vibration - Proven long diaphragm life, maintenance-free drive system The MD 1 diaphragm pump is an excellent choice for oil-free evacuation and pumping of non-corrosive gases down to 1.5 mbar ultimate vacuum. The three-stage design with precisely guided flat diaphragms provides outstanding pumping speed even close to the ultimate vacuum, especially when compared with similarly rated two-stage diaphragm pumps. The MD 1 is an ultra-low vibration pump with very long diaphragm lilfetime and stable ultimate vacuum documented with years of testing. With a flow path consisting of aluminum and selected plastics (diaphragms and valves made of PTFE/FKM and FKM, respectively) the pumps are suitable for a wide range of applications with non-corrosive gases. The MD 1 is an excellent choice for continuous, oil-free evacuation and pumping of non-aggressive gases. It is suitable for high vacuum requirements at modest gas flow as often needed in physics and analytics. The pump is exceptionally quiet and reliable with long diaphragm and valve lifetimes. With its low ultimate vacuum and compact dimensions the MD 1 is widely used as replacement of rotary vane pumps. Typical applications are exhaust gas analysis, for degassing of small amounts of viscous media and in particular as backing pump for compact turbomolecular drag pumps. Back diffusion of oil or even oil back flow, e.g., into a high vacuum chamber is excluded due to its oil-free operation. For equipment manufacturers customized versions are available.INCLUDED: The VACUUBRAND MD 1 Diaphragm Pump includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

KNF IP65 FEM 1.02 TT.18S Liquid Pump-cover
KNF IP65 FEM 1.02 TT.18S Liquid Pump

KNF IP65 FEM 1.02 TT.18S Liquid Pump KNF SIMDOS diaphragm pumps offer a variety of options to suit m (more)ost laboratory liquid metering and dosing needs. The FEM 1.02 TT.18S version has a liquid transfer flow rate of 0.03 – 200 mL/min and discreet dosing volumes of 0.03 – 999 mL. It is constructed with the following chemically-resistant flow path materials: PVDF head, PTFE covered diaphragm, and FFKM valves. The easy-to-read display combined with a touch control knob makes programming and access of all functions very intuitive. All SIMDOS pumps are simple and intuitive to operate, compact, and quiet, making them a welcome addition to any business or academic lab. They are effective against pressures of up to 85 psig and transfer viscous media up to 500 centistokes (reduced flow rate above 150 cSt). The integrated software permits the transfer parameters to be modified for a range of different viscosities at the touch of a button. With a durable and IP65 splash-proof design, these pumps are maintenance free, and provide trouble-free ±2% accuracy and ±1% repeatability performance. SIMDOS 02 pumps are self-priming up to 6.6 feet of water, and can run dry indefinitely without damage. Also, unlike peristaltic pumps, there are no troublesome tubing to break or fatigue.INCLUDED: The KNF IP65 FEM 1.02 TT.18S Liquid Pump includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Guide - Manufacturer's Documentation - 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
