INSTRUMENT SAFETY SYSTEM:
This oven is uniquely equipped with an autonomous electronic safety mechanism. The design ensures that the electronic safety circuit functions independently of the primary thermoregulator and remains operational even in case of primary board malfunctions. When temperature exceeds the set limit by the user-specified degree, the LED alert illuminates, and the oven continues operating at the set safety temperature.
