This Bio-Rad Universal Hood II Imaging System was removed from a university lab where it was surplus (more) to requirements. The unit powers up and is in working order, but the firewire camera has not been tested as it requires a PC with a firewire port. Included are; 1 x Bio-Rad Universal Hood IIPowers on with both white & UV lights working. 1 x  Digital camera with motorised lens and connection leads.The power supply unit for the camera does work and the camera powers on. The casing has a tape repair. Overall it is in good cosmetic condition with minor marks from use.

The system is in reasonable cosmetic condition but there are some scratches/marks on the exterior. The interior has some leftover residue. The item powered on without issue. We tested the transilluminator outside of the box. The university confirmed it to be working but they had no software for it. We were unable to test the camera due to lack of software. This Protein Simple FluorChem E Imaging System was removed from a university lab where it was surplu (more)s to requirements. The unit powers up and the camera is working, but the lab confirmed the system has a hard disk error. We found it to have issues with he white light LED, the focus drive and the stepper motor.
