Branson CPX8800H Digital Heated Ultrasonic Cleaner-cover
Branson CPX8800H Digital Heated Ultrasonic Cleaner

Branson CPX8800H Digital Heated Ultrasonic CleanerFeatures - Sweep frequency eliminates standing wav (more)es and creates consistent cavitation throughout the tank. - 40 kHz rugged industrial transducers. - 99-minute digital timer and continuous ultrasonic operation. - Can be heated up to 69°C/156.2°F and set for either Fahrenheit or Celsius. - Last stored parameters are recalled when unit is turned back on. The fully digital control screen allows the user to quickly and effortlessly select control settings, power level, and ultrasonic duration. Bransonic baths completely remove flux and contaminants from such precision parts as PC boards, SMDs, quartz crystals, capacitors, and many others. Branson ultrasonic cleaners can also be used in laboratory applications for cell separation, cell lysing, mixing, emulsifying, sample preparation, and degassing of liquids. Bransonic CPXH heated ultrasonic baths are the most technologically advanced ultrasonic baths available. With programmable features, digital operation with power tracking capabilities to adjust for light or heavy loads, high/low power control, and degassing, the CPXH is the most versatile system available. The CPXH baths offer the following features: The CPXH degassing period can be set up to 99 minutes. Extended degas time periods allow for “beyond cleaning” applications such as sample preparation, which includes degassing liquids, mixing and homogenization, dissolving solids, cell lysing, and dispersion of particles. Constant activity/power tracking automatically maintains the same ultrasonic power by adjusting for changes in liquid level and temperature caused by a light or heavy load. This helps ensure more uniform cleaning and consistent performance, even with multiple users or when bath conditions change. Consult with your Branson representative about the Bransonic accessories and solution best suited for your application needs. Visit us at www.Bransonic.com Bransonic® CPXH Ultrasonic Baths The CPXH Series is completely programmable. Once the process is entered into the controller, the end user only has to start the program and they are free to leave the unit on its own to do the job. The programmable process allows the process engineer to choose the temperature set point at which the degassing and ultrasonic time periods are triggered to begin. Once the CPXH ultrasonic run time period is reached, the unit shuts off, delivering the same results – every time. When the process temperature reaches the programmable set point, the ultrasonic cycle begins. This includes selectable times for both degas and ultrasonic processing. When cleaning delicate parts, the CPXH allows the user to lower the amplitude of the acoustic energy in the bath: 100% power to the tank for normal applications, 70% power for delicate applications. Manipulating the output waveform in this manner greatly helps to avoid damage to the components in the bath during the ultrasonic process. LITHIUMSAFE SAFETY CABINETS Certifications: EN 14470-1 EN 16121 The line of LITHIUMSAFE safety cabin (more)ets consists of innovative high quality products, built in Italy and specifically built for the safe storage of lithium batteries. These cabinets are designed according to current standards and can be equipped with numerous accessories for further levels of safety. COSTRUCTION Completely built in electro-galvanized steel sheet, cold pressed with removable external structure; thicknesses of 1/1.5/2 millimeters and painting with anti-acid epoxy powders and passage in a thermal tunnel at 200°C. Particular insulation on the panels for high temperatures (800°C): calcium silicate and mineral fiber (fibroceramic free) at high density 300 Kg/m3 fixed with ceramic adhesives. Fireproof melamine laminate panels with high resistance to even aggressive vapours. Certification according to EN 14470-1 and EN 16121 standards. CHARACTERISTICS - AUTOMATIC CLOSING of the door in the event of temperatures exceeding 47°C - LOCK AND LOCK OF THE DOORS WITH KEY - Certified automatic closing SYSTEM (70/100 °C) of the air inlet and outlet ducts, maintenance-free, placed on the back of the cabinet. - Ejection HOLE diam. 100mm. at the back of the wardrobe - Anti-spark hinge in natural iron with brass pin. - 1 shelf perforated at the base - 3 cm thermo expanding GASKET. (DIN 4102) - 'Earth' CLAMP to prevent electrostatic charges. AUTOMATIC FIRE EXTINGUISHER The automatic fire extinguishing system works by detecting the presence of fire and controlling the discharge of extinguishing media so that the damage caused by the fire is minimized. The automatic extinguishing system includes a fire detection system, an extinguishing control unit and condensed aerosol generators. Information on the front panel display facilitates programming and simplified use. The possibility of programming the delayed activation of the sirens, or the time and duration of the extinguishing system make the unit very efficient and flexible. HOW DOES IT WORK? In the event of a lithium battery fire, the automatic fire extinguisher suppresses the fire and neutralizes the decomposition products of the electrolyte such as Hydrogen fluoride (HF), forming stable products such as KF and KHF2. The neutralizing action prevents the formation of highly flammable gases, such as hydrogen (H2), bringing the internal temperature down below the threshold necessary for a new fire to break out. Constituent parts of the fire fighting system: - LPCB certified according to EN 12094-1 and EN54.2 and 4 - Fire detection and automatic extinguishing - Graphic display 128 x 64 pixels - Fire extinguisher button on front of unit - Key switch for switching off mode selection: manual only or manual and automatic - 3 siren outputs - Power supply with 3A - Low absorption at rest: only 40mA - Inputs and outputs for remote function control - Extinguishment stop button and extinguishing cancel button - Storing of data events - RS-485 for remote connection In the image, the focus on the internal FBN fire extinguisher, in the double door model. Recommended accessories: - Charging points: 4x6 sockets. Contact us for more information.

Radwag HX5.EX-1.4P2.4000.C2 Beam Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.4P2.4000.C2 Beam Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
