Branson CPX1800H Digital Heated Ultrasonic CleanerFeatures - Sweep frequency eliminates standing wav (more)es and creates consistent cavitation throughout the tank. - 40 kHz rugged industrial transducers. - 99-minute digital timer and continuous ultrasonic operation. - Can be heated up to 69°C/156.2°F and set for either Fahrenheit or Celsius. - Last stored parameters are recalled when unit is turned back on. The fully digital control screen allows the user to quickly and effortlessly select control settings, power level, and ultrasonic duration. Bransonic baths completely remove flux and contaminants from such precision parts as PC boards, SMDs, quartz crystals, capacitors, and many others. Branson ultrasonic cleaners can also be used in laboratory applications for cell separation, cell lysing, mixing, emulsifying, sample preparation, and degassing of liquids. Bransonic CPXH heated ultrasonic baths are the most technologically advanced ultrasonic baths available. With programmable features, digital operation with power tracking capabilities to adjust for light or heavy loads, high/low power control, and degassing, the CPXH is the most versatile system available. The CPXH degassing period can be set up to 99 minutes. Extended degas time periods allow for “beyond cleaning” applications such as sample preparation, which includes degassing liquids, mixing and homogenization, dissolving solids, cell lysing, and dispersion of particles. Constant activity/power tracking automatically maintains the same ultrasonic power by adjusting for changes in liquid level and temperature caused by a light or heavy load. This helps ensure more uniform cleaning and consistent performance, even with multiple users or when bath conditions change. Consult with your Branson representative about the Bransonic accessories and solution best suited for your application needs. The CPXH Series is completely programmable. Once the process is entered into the controller, the end user only has to start the program and they are free to leave the unit on its own to do the job. The programmable process allows the process engineer to choose the temperature set point at which the degassing and ultrasonic time periods are triggered to begin. Once the CPXH ultrasonic run time period is reached, the unit shuts off, delivering the same results – every time. When the process temperature reaches the programmable set point, the ultrasonic cycle begins. This includes selectable times for both degas and ultrasonic processing. When cleaning delicate parts, the CPXH allows the user to lower the amplitude of the acoustic energy in the bath: 100% power to the tank for normal applications, 70% power for delicate applications. Manipulating the output waveform in this manner greatly helps to avoid damage to the components in the bath during the ultrasonic process. Branson Ultrasonic Cleaner Perforated Tray for 2800 Series

Bransonic accessories are designed to maximize theeffectiveness of your Bransonic baths. It is impor (more)tant that parts do not reston the bottom of the bath, as it can inhibit the ultrasonic activity andpossibly damage the unit. A variety of perforated trays, mesh baskets, beakers, and support racks give you the option of direct or indirect cleaning. All fivemodels come with covers to allow the cleaning bath to heat up more quickly. *Note: Perforated Trays for the 1800, 2800, and 3800 Series have perforated holes running lengthwise toward the bottom; 3 rows only. Direct Cleaning Method - Suspends parts using a perforated tray, mesh basket, or a support rack. - Permits sound waves to penetrate directly to the parts. Indirect Cleaning Method - Suspends parts using a solid tray, or beakers with a beaker cover. - Ideal for cleaning small parts. - Discarded soil cleans easily from a beaker or solid tray. - Indirect method is ideal for sample preparation. Perforated trays, solid insert trays, and wire mesh basketshave built-in handles specially designed to prevent accessories from touchingthe tank bottom. Support racks allow total volume of the tank to be used whilekeeping parts, fixtures, or containers about 1/2" above the tank bottom. Supportracks also are useful as countertop drain racks, holding parts above thecountertop surface. For 2800 Series Ultrasonic Cleaner 0.75 Gallon.

Mast Uri System-cover
Mast Uri System

This listing is for a Mast Uri System. The unit is in full working condition and is ready for immed (more)iate release. The Mast Uri System is a semi-automated solution that revolutionizes the analysis of urine samples, making the diagnostic process for UTIs more efficient and accurate. Key Benefits: Higher Throughputs: The system allows laboratories to process a greater number of samples simultaneously, significantly increasing capacity and reducing the overall workload. Simplified Processing: The inclusion of the Mast UriPlus automated plate reader and sample analyser streamlines testing, minimizing manual handling which lowers the risk of contamination. For example, labs can quickly transition from sample collection to analysis without multiple manual steps. Rapid Turnaround Times: Results are typically available within 24 hours, including essential antibiotic susceptibility testing (AST) and organism identification. This rapid processing ensures timely adjustments to treatment plans, critical for patient care. Cost Savings: The system's efficiency leads to reduced reagent consumption and waste, alongside decreased labour costs. This financial benefit can be substantial; for instance, a lab might save thousands annually by optimizing its workflow and resource use. Accurate Results: Leveraging EUCAST-defined breakpoints and expert rules, the Mast Uri System ensures precise bacterial identification and AST reporting. This accuracy is vital for detecting intrinsic resistances and exceptional phenotypes, directly impacting treatment efficacy.
