Description from the supplier

  • Sweep frequency eliminates standing waves and creates consistent cavitation throughout the tank.
  • 40 kHz rugged industrial transducers.
  • 99-minute digital timer with continuous ultrasonic operation.
  • Last stored parameters are recalled when unit is turned back on.
  • Controls are located above and behind the cleaning tank in an easily accessible control tower panel, and raised above the tank to avoid damage from cleaning solutions.
  • Convenient built-in pour drains are featured on .5- and .75-gallon models. Tank drains with valves are incorporated on models 1.5-gallon and larger.
  • Plastic body, chemical-resistant.

The fully digital control screen allows the user to quickly and effortlessly select control settings, power level, and ultrasonic duration.

Bransonic baths completely remove flux and contaminants from such precision parts as PC boards, SMDs, quartz crystals, capacitors, and many others.

Branson ultrasonic cleaners can also be used in laboratory applications for cell separation, cell lysing, mixing, emulsifying, sample preparation, and degassing of liquids.

Bransonic CPX ultrasonic baths feature digital controls with power tracking capabilities to adjust for light or heavy loads, high/low power control, degassing and sleep mode. The CPX baths offer the following features:Constant activity/power tracking automatically maintains the ultrasonic power by adjusting for changes in liquid level and temperature caused by a light or heavy load. This helps ensure more uniform cleaning and consistent performance, even with multiple users or when bath conditions change.

The CPX degassing period can be set up to 99 minutes. Extended degas time periods allow for “beyond cleaning” applications such as sample preparation, which includes degassing liquids, mixing and homogenization, dissolving solids, cell lysing, and dispersion of particles.
When cleaning delicate parts, the CPX allows the user to lower the amplitude of the acoustic energy in the bath: 100% power to the tank for normal applications, 70% power for delicate applications. Manipulating the output waveform in this manner greatly helps to avoid damage to the components in the bath during the ultrasonic process.

Manufacturer: Witeg Model: Wisd WiseClean WUC A22H Ultrasonic Bath S/N: WUCA22H080414003 MFG date: (more) 2008 Description: The Wisd WiseClean WUC A22H Ultrasonic Cleaner is designed for chemical, biological, medical and pharmaceutical applications. The device was developed for simplest usage and a very long life.Ultrasonic sound of the cleaner when it is running is sound transmitted at frequencies generally beyond the range of human hearing. In your ultrasonic cleaner, ultrasonic sound (sonics) is used for cleaning materials and parts. This is how it works: As the sound waves from the transducer radiate through the solution in the tank, they cause alternating high and low pressures in the solution.During the low pressure stage, millions of microscopic bubbles form and grow. This process is called cavitation, meaning “formation of cavities”.During the high pressure stage, the bubbles collapse, or “implode” releasing enormous amounts of energy. These implosions act like an army of tiny scrub brushes. They work in all directions, attacking every surface and invading all recesses and openings. Key features and specifications: - long life by simply and solid construction- capacity: 22 liter- analog timer and temperature adjustment- frequencies: 40 kHz- drain valve - over temperature protection by safety switch- a lot of laboratory devices are mountable Items delivered: - Witeg Wisd WiseClean WUC A22H Ultrasonic Bath- Wire Basket B22- Stainless steel lid- Power cord- Operating Manual Condition: The Ultrasonic Cleaner is in very good cosmetic condition, though there are some slight traces of use (please see pictures), 100% functional tested and ready for your application.

Visit us at www.Bransonic.com Bransonic® CPXH Ultrasonic Baths The CPXH Series is completely programmable. Once the process is entered into the controller, the end user only has to start the program and they are free to leave the unit on its own to do the job. The programmable process allows the process engineer to choose the temperature set point at which the degassing and ultrasonic time periods are triggered to begin. Once the CPXH ultrasonic run time period is reached, the unit shuts off, delivering the same results – every time. When the process temperature reaches the programmable set point, the ultrasonic cycle begins. This includes selectable times for both degas and ultrasonic processing. When cleaning delicate parts, the CPXH allows the user to lower the amplitude of the acoustic energy in the bath: 100% power to the tank for normal applications, 70% power for delicate applications.
