AREX-6 Digital PRO Hot Plate Stirrer with VTF System by VELP

The AREX-6 Digital PRO by VELP Scientifica stands out as the first hot plate stirrer to feature embedded Wi-Fi technology, allowing remote, real-time control through VELP Ermes. This innovation enables researchers to monitor and manage operations from a PC, tablet, or smartphone, optimizing productivity and reproducibility of reactions. The system sends immediate notifications and alerts to maintain process oversight.

With an emphasis on safety, the AREX-6 Digital PRO incorporates two independent temperature reading circuits. These circuits safeguard the device in case of malfunction. If the probe is absent, the system halts heating and displays a safety message. Additionally, the maximum temperature can be set to cater to specific analytical needs.

The design includes a CerAlTop™ plate made from aluminum alloy with a ceramic coating, ensuring consistent heat distribution and excellent chemical resistance. Further enhancing functionality, the brushless motor sustains stirring up to 20 liters, with speeds from 30 to 1700 rpm maintained by the SpeedServo™ system, regardless of viscosity changes.

Protection is reinforced with IP42 compliance, a silicone cover, and a robust build promising longevity. The new intuitive interface features a bright LED display and user-friendly controls, enhancing user experience. Integrated with a timer and rotation reversal capabilities, the system offers two thermoregulation modes—FAST and FINE—for precise temperature control.

Additional versatility is achieved through the MonoAlublock™ and MultiAlublock™ systems, made of aluminum to support various tube sizes, offering flexibility for multiple lab applications.
