VELP OHS 100 Advance Overhead Stirrer

The VELP OHS 100 Advance Overhead Stirrer is engineered to meet high safety standards, featuring a robust watertight housing with an IP 54 protection rating for reliability in demanding environments. Equipped with safety alarms for overload, over-temperature, and over-current, it provides secure operation by automatically stopping agitation when necessary. The intuitive start/stop knob and lock key guard against unintentional changes, and the vibration sensor with customizable sensitivity ensures stability.

Perfect for challenging applications with viscosities up to 70,000 mPa, it employs an electronically controlled brushless motor to agitate up to 100 liters (H2O) with a maximum torque of 100 Ncm. SpeedServoTM technology allows torque compensation, maintaining a consistent speed from 30 to 1300 rpm despite viscosity fluctuations.

Featuring SmartChuck™ technology, it facilitates easy and quick stirring rod replacement with one hand. The 3.5” TFT display offers precise control, with real-time data on speed, torque, and temperature variations. It operates autonomously through a timer, programmable for up to 99.59 hours.

Supplied with a Pt100 temperature probe, it monitors and manages reaction temperatures to prevent exothermic reaction interference. Offering connectivity via Wi-Fi to VELP Ermes and USB, it allows remote control and monitoring from various devices. Suitable for pharmaceutical and biotech applications, it supports both Digital and Advanced control panels for tailored laboratory needs.
