OHAUS Mini Heating Plate and Magnetic Stirrer

Product Description

This durable range of small instruments from OHAUS can efficiently heat and mix up to 1,000ml of water on its 102 x 102mm ceramic plate, making them ideal for school laboratories and other settings needing simple daily heating and mixing. Equipped with a support rod hook with a locking knob for the optional support rod kit, the stir models include a 38mm PTFE-coated magnetic stir bar. The available models include options for heating up to 500°C, as well as combinations of fixed temperature, stirring, and heating with stirring capabilities from 100 to 1200 rpm. These units are designed for applications such as boiling water, dissolving buffers, reagent preparation, and sample concentration, while featuring a sturdy Valox body, basic control knobs, and an On/Off toggle switch for fixed temperature models.
