The AREC 10 Digital’s potent brushless motor delivers consistent and reliable stirring. Its patented SpeedServo™ technology guarantees an even speed, regardless of fluctuations in fluid viscosity. It offers adjustable stirring speeds ranging from 100 to 1500 rpm, making it suitable for a wide array of laboratory applications.


Able to accommodate stirring capacities of up to 25 liters (or 30 kg of liquid), the AREC 10 Digital sets the bar for robust performance and superior durability.


The Arec 10 can safely reach a remarkable +550°C. With exceptional accuracy, the temperature can be increased by +1.0°C. The device supports external PT100 or PT1000 sensors for direct sample thermoregulation up to 350°C with an accuracy of ±1.0°C. When utilizing the VTF Digital, the temperature can be controlled with a regularity of ±0.5°C (up to 300°C). The Arec 10 also offers an array of accessory packages.


Safety Features:


- Implemented 'hot surface' alarm activated when the temperature surpasses 50°C, even when the device is inactive.

- Overtemperature alarm activation above 570°C

The InstaView Gel Tank accommodates one large (10.5x10cm) or one small (10.5x6cm) gel tray and is supplied with trays, combs and a leak-proof casting stand. The gel tank lid includes attached power leads which prevent the unit from operating without the lid properly in place. The InstaView Gel Tank is shaped to allow the mini LED transilluminator (included) to slide underneath. Blue light, at a wavelength of 465nm, provides excitation of common green fluorescent stains such as SmartGlow™, SYBR™ Green, and GelGreen. An orange filter is incorporated into the gel tank lid for visualizing the DNA in the gel box without any additional equipment or glasses. The transilluminator can be turned on at any time during a run to track progress, and automatically shuts off after 5 minutes. After electrophoresis, simply place the included imaging enclosure over the InstaView Gel Tank to capture high resolution images with a smart phone. Images are easily printed or shared via email or text message. The myVolt Touch is a work horse electrophoresis power supply, ideal for efficient separation of nucleic acids and proteins as well as basic western blotting applications.
