OPTIMAL FOR VARIED LABORATORY REQUIREMENTS
The AREX magnetic stirrer sets the standard for basic laboratory applications. However, when equipped with the optional VTF system, which facilitates sample thermoregulation up to 300°C at a precision of ± 0.5°C, it also lends itself to more sophisticated applications.
DURABILITY, SAFETY, AND PERFORMANCE
The AREX 5 Velp model features an IP42 certified plate made from aluminum alloy capped with a ceramic layer, ensuring scratch and chemical resistance, thus offering extreme durability and easy clean-up. This makes it an ideal choice for laboratories utilizing acids, bases, and solvents.
In-built safety circuits and overtemperature protection offer comprehensive safeguard for the users. Dual light indicators alert the user when the heating function is active, and a standby indicator light remains lit until the plate temperature falls below 50°C, even after the instrument is shut off.
The robust plate design and insulating disc protect the internal components, offering high resilience in demanding laboratory environments and applications, such as working with cold fluids (below 0°C).
AREX 5 is designed for longevity and, as with most Velp products, comes with a 3-year warranty.
PRECISE STIRRING CAPABILITIES
The ARE 5 is fitted with a robust brushless motor capable of handling daily applications, agitating up to 20 liters (H2O). It also incorporates SpeedServo™ technology, enabling consistent speed maintenance, even when the sample viscosity varies.

THE AREX INTERFACE: AESTHETICALLY PLEASING AND USER-FRIENDLY
