The ARE Velp magnetic stirrer is a pervasive presence in laboratories around the globe, including universities, research centers, and industry labs. With its latest iteration – the 5 series version, Velp continues to innovate one of its signature products.


DURABILITY, SAFETY, AND EFFICIENCY

The ARE 5 Velp model incorporates an IP42 certified plate composed of an aluminum alloy and boasting a diameter of 135 mm. This configuration ensures uniform temperature and top-quality heat transfer across the entire plate surface.


Safety is paramount in the design, including the incorporation of protection circuits and overtemperature safeguards, providing comprehensive safety for all operational personnel. Dual light indicators signal users when the heating function is active, and a dedicated warning light persists until the plate temperature falls beneath 50°C, even if the overall device is switched off.


With a sturdy plate structure and defensive insulating disc, the internal parts have substantial protection against damage, guaranteeing longevity in demanding lab environments and applications, such as working with chill fluids with temperatures below 0°C.


ARE 5, like many other trademark Velp products, is created for extended durability with a warranty of three years.


ACCURATE STIRRING

The ARE 5 is furnished with a powerful brushless motor suitable for routine operations, and capable of stirring up to 15 liters (H2O). Additionally, the incorporation of SpeedServo™ technology enables constant speed maintenance even when sample viscosity is fluctuating.

THE ARE CONTROL PANEL: AESTHETICALLY APPEALING AND USER-FRIENDLY

With just a simple twist of the left knob, temperature can be adjusted up to a maximum of 310°C, while the right knob allows stirring speed to be set anywhere between 100 to 1500 rpm.
