Radwag 5 μl ÷ 50 μl - RW8-103-20-9 Automatic Pipettes-cover
Radwag 5 μl ÷ 50 μl - RW8-103-20-9 Automatic Pipettes

RADWAG pipettes are modern measuring equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with strict s (more)tandards concerning manufacturing cleanliness and biodegradability of the product. The pipettes represent a new line of the 'liquid handling' product group, designed to quickly measure and transport liquids of small volume. They are characterized by high dosing accuracy and ergonomic, solid design. The pipette mechanism ensures exceptional accuracy and repeatability with reduced pressure on the pipetting button. All the pipettes are inspected for the conformity with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 8655 standard for dosing accuracy and repeatability. Each pipette is delivered with a test report featuring measurements results. The enclosed user manual contains a description of the pipetting techniques as well as verification and adjustment procedures that can be carried out by the user. Calibration certificates, issued by the accredited calibration laboratory are available on request. Features: Large and readable display that is fully visible during pipetting; Innovative soft grip preventing heat transfer to the pipette inside; Low pressure required to use the pipette reduces the risk of RSI; Simple click mechanism for changing the pipette volume; Option of autoclaving the whole pipette (disassembling not required). Recommended autoclaving process: 15 minutes at 121°C temperature, 1.05 bar pressure; Tip ejector collar is made of PVDF which has a high chemical resistance (also at high temperatures) and low susceptibility to microorganisms expansion; Ultra UV resistance; Convenient button for changing the tips; Compatible with most of the tips available on the market.

Radwag WLY 6/12.D2.PGC Scale-cover
Radwag WLY 6/12.D2.PGC Scale

Scale WLY for statistic control Scale WLY is intended to fast and precise determination of mass in l (more)aboratory and industrial conditions. The model line is the response for growing market demands concerning simple operation and maximum automation of the weighing process. The scales enables cooperation with barcode scanner, printer, label printer, RFID readers and standard PC devices (mouse, keyboard, USB storage device). Design and functionality All WLY scales is equipped with stainless weighing pan, TFT 5,7'' colourful touch screen and membrane keyboard. As an option the scale enables connection of an additional weighing platform to the terminal. The following functions are available: programmable proximity sensors, programmable printout templates, programmable text information for scale's operation, printouts. Scale WLY/PGC is equipped with modules that put packaged products control into practice. The module is supported by database containing products and operators lists. A control started by the scale is automatically stopped after controlling pre-defined quantity of packages (samples). Number of the packages is fixed by scales program depending on product batch size. Scales are equipped with 5,7" colourful, graphic touch screen display for previewing information concerning currently performed control and its result. Scale requires two staged verification process. Due to the influence of gravitational acceleration force the scale has to be adjusted on use site. Control cycle runs according to the following scheme: operator choice, product choice, control start, acquiring weighing records, automatic control end after certain packages number, control report print. Each carried out control is ended with a final report containing all information that is necessary for pre-packaged products control report. The report is automatically saved in scale memory and at the same time it can be printed by printer connected to scale. Scale coupling with computer program enables: keeping weighing records from successive weighments in the database, automatic printout of control processes from computer software level, sending user defined codes from scale to computer software; the codes match weighed product (product code, operator code, batch quantity, batch no., control Start/Stop), defining product codes and their descriptions (names) from the level of computer program, therefore user can assign an individual product name suitable for the company's branch. The purpose of the scale is the packaged goods control (PGC), so remember that verification (legalization) is necessary. We recommend ordering a scale with a proper verification (legalization).

Radwag PUE HX5.EX-1 Weighing Terminal

PUE HX5.EX terminal is a constructional component of industrial multifunctional load cell scales. It (more) is the most modern RADWAG solution to be used in areas endangered with explosive atmosphere. The HX5.EX is compliant with ATEX directive regulations. The terminal is intended for operation in environment filled with explosive gases and dust, and can be placed in zones: 1/21 and 2/22. Standard version of the terminal is equipped with 2 serial intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one intrinsically safe RS485 interface. They facilitate communication with equipment predetermined for use in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs expands the range of instruments compatible with the terminal by robotic elements compliant with ATEX directive. For more demanding customers, RADWAG has developed IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connector range by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0-10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables communication between the terminal and external devices such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Models There are 4 different models: PUE HX5.EX-1: 2 × RS232, RS485 - standard design, PUE HX5.EX-2: standard design + 4IN/4OUT, PUE HX5.EX-3: standard design + 4IN, PUE HX5.EX-4: standard design + 4OUT. Mechanical Design The housing, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensures high ingress protection, IP66 / IP68 (up to 1.5 m immersion). The terminal features 5" colour LCD, covered with polycarbonate protecting it against shocks, and a membrane keypad. Ease of operation, clear menu and intuitive information arrangement on the display guarantee comfort of operation. Hermetic intrinsically safe interface connectors are located on the back side of the housing. Stable bracket enables mounting the terminal either on a flat horizontal surface or on the wall.
