The IKA MS 3 Digital Shaker is a compact, universal small shaker suitable for shaking tasks with all small vessels and microtiter plates. It offers a wide range of attachments and features attachment detection, ensuring stable operation across all speed ranges. The timer with countdown function and the option for continuous or touch operation (with the standard attachment) add to its versatility. The sturdy zinc die-cast casing provides durability. It operates in two modes: Mode A, which limits the speed to 1,300 rpm with non-standard attachments and allows up to 3,000 rpm in touch mode with the standard attachment, and Mode B, which allows speeds up to 3,000 rpm with all attachments. The shaker has an orbital movement with a 4.5 mm shaking stroke, a speed range of 0 - 3000 rpm, and a 7-segment LED timer display. It is suitable for continuous operation and can handle a permissible shaking weight of 0.5 kg.
