The Roche MagNA Pure Compact is a benchtop instrument designed for automated nucleic acid isolation. It features an 8-nozzle pipette head that processes 1 to 8 samples in parallel from diverse sample types such as mammalian blood, serum, plasma, tissue, or cells. Purification times range from 15 to 40 minutes depending on the protocol.

- Elution volume range: 50 to 200 µL
- Supports flexible sample and elution volumes to achieve required nucleic acid concentrations.
- Integrated sample tracking, clot detection, tip-loss monitoring, cartridge and volume verification with data saved for documentation.
