The roller scale is designed for weighing heavy, large-size packages such as pallets or crates. Depending on the application, the scale can be made in a powder-coated version, dedicated for use in warehouses, or in a stainless-steel version, intended for use in wet environments. Operation Ergonomics The scale has a large 10-inch touch screen, which is comfortable and intuitive to use. Operation of the roller scales does not require additional training, as the software of all RADWAG checkweighers is unified. Select an Interface That Your Production Line Supports RADWAG roller scales offer the option of using one of four industrial interfaces, depending on your requirements. All our interfaces allow you to: start and stop the dynamic weighing procedure remotely (Start and Stop function), enter the batch number (Batch Number Readout function), select a product (Select Product During Standstill function). Do You Want Your Scale to Work With a Barcode Scanner? Our roller scales are compatible with barcode scanners: 1D and 2D, manual and automatic. Data contained in one-dimensional (bar) barcodes can be read using 1D scanners. 2D scanners, on the other hand, can read 2D codes, which are large amounts of data encoded in images composed of black and white squares. The 4titude a4S Automatic Heat Sealer requires no air supply, enabling the flexibility to be used on (more) standard lab benches as a stand-alone unit, or integrated within a robotic set up. The unit features a rapid heating element for quick start-up, and the stand-by function saves energy when the unit is not in use. The 4titude a4S Automatic Heat Sealer is compatible with a wide range of SBS footprint plates, including all PCR plate formats from 96 well to 1536 well, assay plates, deep well storage plates and microplates. Varying plate heights, from 3 mm to 60 mm can be accommodated with minimal adjustments of the instrument. Plates are presented in the portrait format and the plate position on the shuttle allows good access for robotic integration.
