Wet gas vacuum pump Laboport SD N 860.3 FT.40.18 KNF-cover
Wet gas vacuum pump Laboport SD N 860.3 FT.40.18 KNF

Laboport SD N 860.3 FT.40.18 is a two-stage pump with an integrated “self-drying” system for automat (more)ic condensate drain. The “SD” series is widely used in laboratories, especially when the vapors are humid and a clean and ecological vacuum is required. Typical applications are: vacuum ovens (for drying chemicals, drying biological samples, heat treatments), autoclaves for sterilizing instruments, containers, filters and textiles. Thanks to the use of anti-corrosion materials, it is possible to vacuum even corrosive products. The heart of the pump is the diaphragm with differentiated structure in PTFE, optimized to guarantee high performance with reduced dimensions and at the same time, long life even in heavy applications. When the humid gases are sucked in, it can happen that condensation forms in the pump head: consequently the performance decreases, considerably increasing the emptying time. To eliminate condensation, the 'drying system' then opens a solenoid valve that allows ambient air to enter the heads. Once the condensation has been eliminated, the solenoid valve closes and the pump sucks from the stove in full capacity. Over time, condensation could form again and then the cycle is repeated. The time interval between one cycle and the next can be adjusted as desired, as well as the duration of the air injection. KNF IP65 UFEM 1.10 KT.18RCP2 Liquid Pump-cover
KNF IP65 UFEM 1.10 KT.18RCP2 Liquid Pump

KNF IP65 UFEM 1.10 KT.18RCP2 Liquid Pump KNF SIMDOS diaphragm pumps offer a variety of options to su (more)it most laboratory liquid metering and dosing needs. The UFEM 1.10 FT.18RCP2 version has a liquid transfer flow rate of 1 – 100 mL/min and discreet dosing volumes of 1 – 999 mL. It is constructed with the following chemically-resistant fluoropolymer flow path materials: PTFE head, PTFE covered diaphragm, and FFKM valves. The easy-to-read display combined with a touch control knob makes programming and access of all functions very intuitive. Besides onboard manual control, this pump offers analog control, start/stop and reset/prime TTL logic control, output signal fault alarm, and RS 232 PC control. A RC control interface cable and RS 232 cable with D-Sub 9 connector are included. A foot switch for start and stop impulses is available. All SIMDOS pumps are simple and intuitive to operate, compact, and quiet, making them a welcome addition to any business or academic lab. They are effective against pressures of up to 85 psig and transfer viscous media up to 500 centistokes (reduces flow rate above 150 cSt). The integrated software permits the transfer parameters to be modified for a range of different viscosities at the touch of a button. With a durable and IP65 splash-proof design, these pumps are maintenance free, and provide trouble-free ±2% accuracy and ±1% repeatability performance. SIMDOS 10 pumps are self-priming up to 9.8 feet of water, and can run dry indefinitely without damage. Also, unlike peristaltic pumps, there are no troublesome tubing to break or fatigue. INCLUDED: The KNF IP65 UFEM 1.10 KT.18RCP2 Liquid Pump includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Guide - Manufacturer's Documentation - 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
