Stainless Steel Wire - set (1 mg - 500 mg) F2-class mass standards represent an impressive level of  (more)precision in mass measurement. Classified as metrology grade F2, they are recognized as top-quality tools suited for advanced applications where precision is a key element. F2 Class Mass Standards – Key Features Exceptional Measurement Precision - F2 class mass standards feature excellent measurement precision achieved through stringent standards for allowable deviation from actual weight. Stability under Dynamic Conditions - An important feature of F2-class mass standards is their ability to maintain measurement stability even under dynamic measurement conditions. They are designed to cope with a variety of factors that affect measurement precision. Calibration at the Highest Level - The calibration process of F2-class mass standards adheres to the most stringent norms and standards. This makes the standards of this class recognized as tools with the highest degree of accuracy, complying with international requirements. Use of Materials with Outstanding Properties - F2 class mass standards are often constructed from materials with outstanding physical properties. This ensures not only excellent precision, but also exceptional durability. The set includes: plastic box 12 mass standards 1 pair of tweezers 1 brush Material: stainless steel Application 1. Scientific Research at the Highest Level In scientific research, especially in fields that require the utmost precision, such as nuclear physics or astrophysics, F2 class mass standards are indispensable. 2. Metrology Industry In metrology laboratories engaged in testing and maintaining the most advanced measurement standards, F2 class standards are indispensable working tools. 3. High-Precision Testing Laboratories In laboratories specializing in research requiring the highest precision, such as forensic laboratories and materials testing, F2 class mass standards are essential. 4. Aerospace Industry In the precision mass measurements required in the aerospace industry, F2 class standards provide reliability and excellence. F2 class mass standards are the symbol of the highest precision in the field of mass measurement. Their use is crucial in the most advanced fields of science, industry and research.

Radwag HX5.EX-1.60.H4 One Load Cell Platform Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.60.H4 One Load Cell Platform Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.
