The Lumenera INFINITY 8-3C is a 2.9 megapixel color microscope camera featuring a 2/3” Sony IMX429 CMOS sensor with 4.5 μm square pixels. It supports a global shutter to eliminate distortion and delivers a maximum frame rate of 62 fps at full resolution (1944 x 1472) in selectable 8 or 12-bit pixel data modes.
Connectivity is provided via a direct USB 3.1 interface (A-male to Micro-B male locking cable), enabling fast image transfer and simplified setup. The camera operates at a power consumption of 2.3 to 3.6 W, powered by 5 V over USB3, and weighs 108 g with compact dimensions of 41.5 mm x 45 mm x 45 mm.
