Equipped with various foam holders for different vortex tubes, it is perfect for emulsifying, disintegrating, mixing, or homogenizing samples. Key applications include suspensions, genotyping, and DNA/RNA testing.
With its powerful brushless motor, the MULTI-TX5 Digital can stir solutions from 100 to 2500 rpm, catering to microbiology, R&D, or quality control applications across industries like pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food & beverage, and chemicals.
Ergonomics and simple operation: Switching between applications with different foam racks is quick and straightforward—just follow these efficient steps:
- Loosen both screw knobs on the closure plate and lift the plate.
- Remove or simply tighten the plate higher.
- Place the rack with tubes inside the foam holder, lower or insert the closure plate until reaching the tubes, then tighten the knobs.
Safety and ease of use: Made with stainless steel, the MULTI-TX5 Digital guarantees safety and protection. Its digital control panel provides top-notch ergonomics and effortless use, with comfortable knobs and a dual ultra-bright display simplifying the setting and monitoring of stirring time and speed. The design ensures maximum comfort, optimal resistance, and minimal bench space usage. Moreover, activate the Safety Lock by pressing the center button for 3 seconds to prevent accidental adjustments.
Cutting-edge functionality: Unique features optimize automation and unattended operation, thanks to the intelligent interface of the new control panel:
- Integrated timer from 1 min to 99 h 59 min (1 min increments).
- Pulse mode allows sample shaking at max speed for 2 seconds and stops for 1 second, repeating the process.
- Continuous working mode with time count displayed.
- Automatic rotation inversion for enhanced mixing capability from 5 s to 99 min 59 s (1 s increments).
- Intermittent mode programs for better scheduling of unattended operations from 5 s to 99 min 59 s (1 s increments).
