The redesigned batch mill grinds hard, brittle, soft and fibrous materials for volumes up to 50 ml. Because samples may be embrittled directly in the grinding chamber; tough, oily and aqueous samples can also be grinded.

The development of the mill placed particular emphasis on safety. The mill will only start when the lid is closed and can only be opened at standstill. A quick stop feature further increases the safety of the user.

Test results of the new A 10 basic are comparable with the ones of the previous model A 10, due to the same grinding chamber, cutter geometrics and speed.INCLUDED:

Millipore Elix 20 Water Purification System

Elix systems have been designed to deliver the highest pure water quality for your regular laborator (more)y applications and instrument feed. Elix is suited to every user’s needs in today’s demanding laboratory environment. Elix water quality is ideal for the preparation of reagents and buffers, for microbiology media, hydroponics or histology. It is also the best feed for all Milli-Q and Super-Q ultrapure water systems, as well as instruments such as glassware washers, autoclaves and hydrogen generators. Superior and consistent Type 2 water quality – “Superior”, as resin beads are not degraded by exposure to harsh regeneration chemicals. “Consistent”, as the continuous regeneration avoids the drawbacks of quality variations from resin exhaustion. Cost & labor savings – Elix module contains special carbon beads at its cathode therefore, does not require water softening. Its self-regeneration technology avoids the hassle and costs around DI cartridge replacement. Elix is “green” consuming low energy with a small carbon footprint. Long lasting technology – thanks to its proven design, the module continuously regenerates its resin beads without the need for any maintenance. Elix pure water is irradiated by a bactericidal UV lamp before entering the storage tank. The reservoir design maintains consistent purity of stored water. The vent filter provides effective protection against airborne contaminants and the ASM, Automatic Sanitization Module, prevents biofilm formation. Elix water can then be sent by a distribution pump to feed instruments or a distribution loop. They can be integrated into a centralized system, providing total control of all parameters within the system itself as well as within the external pure water distribution loop. Benchmark A1705 Agarose LE, 500g-cover
Benchmark A1705 Agarose LE, 500g

Benchmark A1705 Agarose LE, 500gBenchmark Agarose LE is a highly purified agarose, suitable for a va (more)riety of molecular biology applications. It is refined using an advanced process that excludes the use of organic solvents, yielding a cleaner end-product with a significantly reduced environmental impact. Agarose LE can be used for analyses of nucleic acids and proteins of various sizes (150 bp to 25 kbp). Its low EEO (≤ 0.13-mr ) promotes increased electrophoretic mobility, yielding improved resolution and shorter run times. This also allows macromolecules and larger particles (subcellular fragments, viruses, etc.) to migrate more freely through the gel matrix. The consistently low EEO also provides a reduction in band distortion (caused by counter flow) that can result from the presence of excessive sulfate-rich negative ions. Agarose LE is widely used for nucleic acid electrophoresis (analytical and preparative), protein electrophoresis (including radial immunodiffusion) and various blotting protocols. It is easily soluble, free of nucleases, and easy to use. It is highly transparent (forms a clear, colorless solution at 1g:100ml H2O), and exhibits exceptionally low absorption of chemical staining agents. Pore size can be adjusted by simple modifications to the concentration ratio.Formulated for high gel strength and integrity, Agarose LE exhibits exceptional thermal stability and mechanical resistance, ensuring safe, easy handling, regardless of whether a denaturing agent has been added. Available in 25g, 100g and 500g quantities.INCLUDED: The Accuris PR1001-HS-1000 Hot Start Taq Master Mix, 2X Conc., 1000 Reactions includes: - Benchmark A1705 Agarose LE, 500g - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
