Product Description
The CHEMISAFE CS60UB is a high-quality undercounter cabinet designed for the secure storage of chemicals in laboratory settings. Constructed entirely from 18 mm thick HD PVC, it offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The cabinet features extractor cover and plinth crafted from cold-pressed steel, coated with acid-resistant epoxy powders. This ensures a robust protective layer of over 90 microns thick across the entire surface. The monocoque structure is built on a 15/10 mm base, reinforced with adjustable leveling feet for stability.
Equipped with simple hinged swing doors with a locking mechanism, the cabinet permits a 110° door opening, allowing the extraction of shelves without tilting. It includes height-adjustable PVC containment shelves capable of holding up to 40 Kg uniformly distributed. The cabinet integrates a connection collar with a diameter of 125 mm, enabling easy ventilation system connectivity. Optional add-ons include additional shelves, a timer, a door-open alarm, and enhanced ventilation systems. The cabinet complies with ISO 3864 pictogram standards and the EN 61010-1 standard, assuring users of its safety and reliability in laboratory environments.
