The IKA C-MAG HP 7 Hot Plate features a ceramic glass surface offering excellent chemical resistance and a fixed safety circuit of 550 °C with a Hot Top indicator to prevent burns. It allows for precise temperature control from 50 to 500 °C via a digital LED display and a turning knob. The hotplate includes a bushing for connecting an external thermometer like the ETS-D5, ensuring accurate temperature management. Additional features include a digital error code display and an elevated control panel for protection against leaks. With a heat output of 1000 W and a heating rate of 5 K/min, it supports volumes up to 10 liters. The unit measures 220 x 105 x 330 mm, weighs 5 kg, and operates efficiently within a permissible ambient temperature range of 5 - 40 °C.
