The REC 10 Digital is designed for laboratory applications where a comfortable and large heating plate is required, which here reaches 26 cm in width.
The heating technology uses the latest technologies available and ensures uniform temperature across the entire plate and exceptional transfer efficiency.
This simple heating plate is actually a very precise instrument for temperature control. By connecting external PT100 or PT1000 sensors you can thermoregulate the sample up to 350°C with an accuracy of ±1.0°C. Using VTF Digital instead you can control the temperature with an accuracy of ±0.5°C (up to a maximum of 300°C).

The 10-inch (26x26 centimeters) ceramic plate offers high resistance to acids, bases and solvents, while the technopolymer structure is designed to prevent accidental liquid spills from reaching the electronic components.
The new clean design of Velp Scientifica hotplates is a breath of fresh air for your laboratory.
Bright, easy-to-read display, a knob and a large black front with safety signs:
- “Hot Surface” alarm when temperature exceeds 50°C, even when inactive.
- Overtemperature alarm above 570°C
