Product Description
The AREX-6 by Velp Scientifica is a top-tier laboratory device, engineered for precision and versatility. It features a central button activation for its heating plate, preventing accidental operation, complemented by a safety icon indicating when the plate is at a high temperature. This icon remains on until the plate cools below 50°C, enhancing operator safety.
Equipped with CerAlTop™, the plate combines aluminum alloy with a ceramic layer, ensuring quick and even heat distribution while safeguarding against scratches and chemical exposure. This high-resistance build offers outstanding performance.
The AREX-6 is powered by a brushless motor capable of stirring up to 20 liters. It operates within a speed range of 30 to 1700 rpm, maintaining consistent speed with varying viscosity, thanks to the SpeedServo™ system. Its Alnico magnet secures uniform stirring and strong coupling between motor and stir bar.
With an IP42 rating, the AREX-6 promises long-term durability, crafted to withstand the rigors of laboratory environments. A silicone cover offers additional protection against spills. The product is backed by a 3-year warranty.
The integration of VTF digital thermoregulators elevates the AREX-6's functionality. It transforms into an advanced system providing digital thermoregulation, incorporating a timer for scheduling and FUZZY LOGIC Technology for adaptive precision. It offers accurate temperature control (± 0.5°C) and minimizes initial temperature overshoot. The thermoregulator is ergonomically designed for ease of installation and use.
The unit replaces traditional oil baths and heating mantles with innovative Spherical Caps, compatible with both the 135 mm plate diameter and tube forms, ensuring optimal heat transfer. Additional use of new PTFE Covers minimizes thermal dispersion.
For enhanced laboratory efficiency, the MonoAlublock™ and MultiAlublock™ provide adaptable solutions for heating and stirring tasks, supporting numerous tube sizes while conserving laboratory space.
