Description by the supplier

The AREC Stirrer System, developed by VELP, offers advanced heating plate technology that ensures temperature uniformity, thermal efficiency and long-lasting performance. This equipment is a solid choice for intense laboratory reactions, with the capability to stir volumes reaching up to 15 liters (H2O) ranging from 50 to 1500 rpm. This capacity stems from a robust motor and magnetic coupling and an electronic control which adjusts the stirrer speed depending on the fluid's viscosity.

SAFE AND USER-FRIENDLY FOR LABORATORY SPECIALISTS

The technopolymer constructed AREC stirrer, with its heating plate feature, assures an elevated safety grade and security for laboratory specialists. The system is built with a highly resistant ceramic plate that offers excellent durability against acids, bases, and solvents. When the plate's temperature exceeds 50°C while the heating function is off, a cautionary note is displayed. The control panel is situated securely away from heat sources. Its thoughtful design ensures that any accidental liquid spills will not affect the electronic setup. The resilient ceramic plate is not only resistant to chemicals but also easy to clean, with a damp cloth clearing off all residues effortlessly.

CONSERVE TIME AND SPACE WITH THE UPDATED CONTROL PANEL

The AREC system comes with a lucid, legible digital display for real-time temperature monitoring. Featuring two user-friendly knobs - the left one controlling temperature reaching up to 550°C, and the right knob, managing the stirring speed up to 1500 rpm. With this system's modern low-profile design, it offers exceptional convenience on the benchtop and within the lab hood.

However, please note that the AREC system cannot be connected to the Cloud Ermes system.
