INSTRUMENT SAFETY SYSTEM:
This oven integrates an independent electronic safety system that functions separately from the main thermoregulator and remains operational even if the main board fails. It has a user-set threshold; if the temperature surpasses it, the LED indicator warns while maintaining operation at the safety temperature.
