Laboratory Dry Block Heaters with Six-Unit Capacity
Our laboratory dry block heaters, designed to endure day to day usage, provide an ideal solution for lab applications that necessitate remarkable temperature steadiness. Each unit is designed to accommodate six interchangeable modular blocks, presenting a range of 40 diverse options to cater to various needs.
The intimate connection between the tube and block allows for optimal heat retention that facilitates efficient warming.
Analog models offer an economical alternative, with a temperature range of +5°C above ambient to 100°C for lower settings, and 75°C to 150°C for higher. These models are controlled via two temperature adjustment knobs.
Digital models cater for replicable results and offer temperature control from 5°C above ambient to 120°C. These units function with touch-pad controls and are equipped with independent LED displays for temperature and time. These units also include an audible alarm for added convenience.
Additional features include unparalleled temperature uniformity and supreme thermal stability. For accuracy, the digital models offer a unique calibration function for single point measurements to ensure temperature accuracy.
Applications of the dry block heater include culture incubation and activation, enzymatic reactions, immunoassays, determining melting or boiling points, isothermal incubation, and nucleic acid denaturation.
In terms of display, the digital models are furnished with an LED display while the analog models incorporate a knob with dual adjustment and markings.
Operational factors include a detachable three-wire cable and plug (supplied with the unit). Analog models require an external thermometer or temperature adjustment tool for setpoint.
The construction of each unit boasts a painted steel armor and a support bar attachment with a fixing knob. The digital models also come equipped with a touchpad control and an audible alarm as valuable added features.
