The Ohaus HB6AL Dry Block Heater is designed for consistent daily laboratory use, excelling in applications demanding precise temperature stability. Analog models serve as economical alternatives, offering a low temperature range from +5°C above ambient to 100°C, and a high range from 75°C to 150°C, controlled via dual temperature knobs. Digital models provide enhanced precision, operating from 5°C above ambient to 120°C, and feature touch pad controls with independent LED displays for temperature and time, including a sound alarm for alerting. The device guarantees exceptional temperature uniformity and a unique single-point calibration function in digital models to ensure accurate display readings. Suitable for a variety of applications, this heater supports culture incubation, enzymatic reactions, immunoassays, melting/boiling point determinations, isothermal incubation, and nucleic acid denaturation, using a reliable LED display setup in digital models and a marked knob system in analog models.
