6-Block Dry Block Heaters
These versatile dry block heaters are meticulously engineered for consistent operation within laboratory settings, catering to applications necessitating precise temperature uniformity. Every unit accommodates six modular blocks that can be effortlessly interchanged, with a selection of forty options available to meet specific requirements.
Through close conjugation of tube and block, superior heat retention is achieved, optimizing the efficiency of the heating process.
Analog Models: Economically efficient alternatives offering a temperature spectrum between +5°C above ambient temperature to 100°C. For higher temperature requirements, the range extends from 75°C to 150°C. Precise temperature control is made possible by dual adjustment knobs.
Digital Models: These are designed for producing consistently replicable results and cover a temperature range from 5°C above ambient temperature to 120°C. These models incorporate touch pad controls coupled with distinct, readable LED displays for temperature and time parameters. An aural alarm feature enhances practicality and accuracy.
Both models ensure uniform temperature distribution, phenomenal thermal stability and a unique calibration functionality at a singular point that confirms accurate display of the actual temperature (available in digital models).
Applications Include: Culture incubation and activation, enzymatic reactions, immunoassays, observing melting or boiling points, isothermal incubation, and nucleic acid denaturation.
Display Spec: LED display is integrated into digital models while analog models feature a double-adjustment knob with readable markings.
Operating System: Each model comes with a detachable 3-wire cable and plug. However, the analog models necessitate either an external thermometer or a temperature adjustment tool to establish the temperature set point.
Structure: Each heater is encased in a painted steel armor and consists of an attached supporting bar with fixing knob.
Construction Features: Keypad control and auditory alarm are exclusively incorporated in digital models.
