Analog models: Offering a cost-effective alternative, these units boast a robust low temperature range of +5°C above ambient temperature to 100°C. Their notable high-temperature range spans from 75°C to 150°C. Temperature modifications are managed through dual adjustment knobs.


Digital models: Known for generating consistent outcomes, digital models possess a temperature range from 5°C above the environmental temperature to 120°C. These are controlled via responsive touchpad controls, with separate and clearly legible LED readouts for temperature and time, along with an audible alarm.
