New and used instruments
Engineered for daily laboratory utilization, the dry block heaters are a perfect choice for tasks necessitating ultimate temperature stability. Each unit features two seamlessly interchangeable modular blocks, offering 40 diverse options. Maximized heat conservation for efficient heating is ensured by tight contact between the tube and block.
Analog models serve as a cost-effect choice with a low-temperature range of +5°C above ambient temperature to 100°C and a high-temperature range of 75°C to 150°C, managed by dual temperature-adjustment knobs.
Digital models, ideal for achieving repeatable outcomes, have a temperature range from 5°C above ambient to 120°C. They are operated through touchpad controls with separate, clearly readable LED screens for timing and temperature information. Additionally, they are equipped with an audio alarm system.
Models featuring heated lids operate from 5°C above ambient temperature to 100°C. These models are similar to digital versions but include a heated lid to minimize condensation and maintain sample integrity.
All instruments provide:
- Unparalleled temperature uniformity and outstanding thermal stability
- An exclusive calibration function at a single point that ensures the exact display of the actual temperature (available in digital models)
Applications include culture incubation and activation, enzymatic reactions, immunoassays, melting/boiling points, isothermal incubation, and nucleic acid denaturation.
The operation of analog models is conducted by a detachable three-wire cord and plug (included). They necessitate an external thermometer or temperature control instrument for the setpoint. Whereas, digital models feature LED displays compared to knob controls with dual adjustment and markers in the analog versions.
Crafted with painted steel and an attachable bar support with a fixing knob, these dry block heaters are robust. They also have a distinctive construction feature; digital models possess key-pad control along with an audible alarm.
