Dual-Block Dry Heaters
Expertly crafted for frequent laboratory use, our dual-block dry heaters are optimally engineered for tasks that demand unwavering temperature stability. Each heating unit accommodates six interchangeable modular blocks, presenting an impressive selection of 40 distinctive options. The unit ensures superior heat retention through the close contact of tube and block, securing efficient heating.
Our portfolio includes both analog and digital models. The analog models offer a cost-effective solution, with a low temperature range of +5°C above room temperature up to 100°C, and a high temperature range of 75°C to 150°C. The models provide control through dual temperature adjustment knobs.
The digital models are tailored for reproducible outcomes, offering a temperature range from 5°C above ambient to 120°C. The models feature simple touch pad controls with independent, easy-to-read LED displays for temperature and time. In addition, an audible alarm complements the model for an effective monitoring system.
Both the models embrace exceptional temperature uniformity and extraordinary thermal stability. The digital models come with a unique single-point calibration function that further certifies the precise display of the actual temperature.
Applications of our dry heaters include culture incubation and activation, enzymatic reactions, immunoassays, determination of melting / boiling points, isothermal incubation, and nucleic acid denaturation. The digital models utilize an LED display, while the analog models feature a dial with dual adjustment and visibility markers.
Operation of these units require a detachable three-wire cable and plug (included). Analog models necessitate an external thermometer or temperature adjustment tool for the setpoint. Built to last, the structure incorporates painted steel armor and a support bar attachment with a locking knob. The digital models are characterized by keypad control and an audible alarm, as additional construction features.
