Dry Block Heaters (2-Block Units)
These dry block heaters are robust and reliable, engineered for everyday usage in laboratory environments. Renowned for maintaining temperature stability, these units are apt for applications with high precision temperature requirements.
Each unit houses a pair of interchangeable modular blocks, providing an assortment of 40 unique configurations to cater to diverse lab needs. The coupling of the tube and block promotes maximum heat conservation, enhancing heating efficiency.
Analog models: An economical choice, these models offer a low-temperature range of +5°C above ambient temperature to 100°C, and a high-temperature range of 75°C to 150°C. Temperature regulation is easily managed via two adjustable control knobs.
Digital models: Designed for precise replicability, these models function from 5°C above ambient temperature to 120°C. Touch pad controls coupled with legible LED displays ensure simplicity in temperature and time regulation. They also feature sound alarms to maintain accuracy.
Models with lids: Operating from 5°C above ambient to 100°C, these models mirror the functions of digital models but incorporate a heated lid to reduce condensation and protect sample integrity.
- Emphasized uniformity in temperature and superior thermal stability.
- Precise single-point calibration to ensure accurate display of the actual temperature (digital models)
Applications
Optimized for tasks such as culture incubation and activation, enzymatic reactions, immunoassays, melting/boiling points, isothermal incubation, and nucleic acid denaturation.
Display
LED displays in digital models, and double-adjustment knobs with markers in analog models.
Operation
Includes a detachable three-wire cable and plug. An external thermometer or temperature adjustment tool is necessary for the analog models.
Structure
The units boast a durable painted steel casing, and a supporting bar attachment with a fixing knob for secure accommodation.
Construction Features
Digital models include an intuitively designed keypad control and audible alarm for enhancing overall functionality.
