The POL-EKO ZLN-UT 300 is an ultra-low temperature laboratory freezer designed for long-term biotechnological sample storage within a temperature range of -86°C to -50°C. It offers two interior versions:
- COMFORT: interior in DIN 1.4016 stainless steel
- PREMIUM: interior in acid-resistant DIN 1.4301 stainless steel

- Advanced SMART control panel with a 4.3" full-color capacitive touchscreen
- Touchscreen operable with latex gloves, visible from all angles and various lighting conditions
- Programming capabilities include multi-segment time/temperature programs, adjustable ramps, loop function (up to 255x or endless), adjustable start delay
- Data ports: USB and LAN for data transfer
- Temperature calibration by user and temperature sensor failure alarm
- Memory for programs and data storage, event log, password lock, and audible/visual alarms
- Maintains temperature from +20°C to -80°C in 210 minutes; heating from -80°C to -60°C in 90 minutes during power failure
- Temperature resolution: 0.1°C; fluctuation at -80°C: ±1.4°C; variation at -80°C: ±3.5°C
Construction and Design:
- Powder-coated sheet metal exterior with VIP vacuum insulation panels
- Two separate internal compartments, each with a solid door and two perforated shelves
- Standard 4 shelves (max 4), load per shelf 10 kg, max load 65 kg
- Features include door lock with key, open door alarm, standard wheels for mobility, external sensor port (Ø20 mm), and LAN/USB ports
- Backup emergency system and optional CO2 backup and potential-free contact available
