Yamato DP300 Vacuum Drying Oven and Dry Heat Sterilizer

The Yamato DP300 vacuum drying oven and dry heat sterilizer is a 27 L laboratory oven designed for controlled heating under reduced-pressure conditions. It provides a temperature range of 40–240 °C and an operating vacuum range of 101–0.1 kPa (760–1 Torr), supporting drying, solvent removal, heat treatment, and selected laboratory sterilization workflows.

The DP300 uses a SUS304 stainless steel chamber, cold-rolled steel exterior with baked coating, rock-wool insulation, and a single hinged door. Heating is provided by a 1,050 W mica heater, with a tempered-glass and polycarbonate viewing window.

Additional controller functions include cumulative operating-time tracking up to 65,535 hours, 24-hour time display, calibration offset, monitoring of power consumption, CO2 emissions, and heater output, power-failure compensation mode, and user-setting storage and recall.

Safety features include a 15 A leakage breaker, 30 mA rated sensitivity current, controller self-diagnostics, sensor-fault detection, heater-disconnection detection, triac short-circuit detection, main-relay fault detection, automatic overtemperature protection, key locking, and an independent overtemperature protection circuit adjustable from 0–270 °C. The unit operates from AC 100 V at 10.7 A with a 15 A breaker capacity.
